Sugar candy sugar coarse sugar (1.5-1.7 millimetres) flavoured and coloured, ready to use. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bucket. The coarse sugar makes the airiest candyfloss and extends the life of the heating elements of the candyfloss machine.
Preparation advice:
The larger you make the candyfloss, the more sugar you need. For an average-sized candyfloss, you will need 15-20 grams of sugar. From one kilo of candyfloss sugar, you will get about 50 to 65 candyfloss floss. We advise you to use candyfloss sugar. Ordinary sugar is too fine for a candyfloss machine and melts too early, which prevents airy candyfloss and can clog up your candyfloss machine.
