Cream with a delicious taste of white chocolate, crunchy wafer pieces and shaved coconut. Can be served both hot and cold. High-quality sauce/cream with a great surprising flavour. Many applications possible on sweet products and desserts. This cream does not solidify and therefore retains its full flavour. Practical advantage in use is that the chocolate does not need to be heated to refill bain-marie or serving unit.
Stir the coating well and scoop out the desired amount with a spoon. Not suitable for use with a Dispenser.
