Change in shipping rates per 1-1-2025
From 1 January 2024, Mister Pop is applying new shipping rates. Unfortunately, this adjustment is due to increased costs at our shipping partners. We have carefully considered the change and kept the increase as minimal as possible
Order on time
To avoid delays, we advise you to order well in advance. Delays may occur during transport, which means your goods may be on the road longer than planned. Especially during busy periods, delays may occur, including at depots where goods are transhipped when transported abroad.
In addition, we would like to point out that we will only dispatch your order once the amount due has been credited to our account. Goods are only delivered on working days.
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany
For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, we apply a free delivery charge. Our webshop calculates the shipping costs for you so that you are fully informed of the current costs.
Other than Benelux
If you place an order with a delivery address outside the Benelux, we will request the shipping costs from our carrier. You will receive a Proforma invoice including shipping costs by e-mail as soon as possible. As soon as the money is in our account, we will notify the transport. If the money is in our account before 2 pm, in most situations the carrier will collect your goods the next working day. In some cases, for example in the case of an exceptional size or large quantity, this may take longer. In these situations, we will inform you.
