Souplesse is an easy-to-process chocolate coating (fondant), ideal for decorating all kinds of sweets such as churros and wafer. Souplesse becomes firm but does not break. The coating is resistant to freezing, after thawing no condensation will form on your creation. Heat the buckets in the microwave for three minutes. Stir the coating well and scoop out the desired amount with a spoon.

Use this together with one of our sauce warmers.
Recommendation for use: heat to a temperature of ±50°C. Depending on the desired layer thickness, process at a temperature of 25-35°C. Cool product after coating/decorating.
